The Benefits Plus insurance program is designed for companies with 5 to 2,500 employees. The program gives you the ability to offer employees the benefit of convenient access to attractively priced, high-quality insurance.

Employees can enroll in auto, home and other personal insurance through work, and take advantage of insurance premium discounts and payments through payroll deduction.

They can begin enjoying the convenience of buying insurance through work at any time, in many convenient ways: direct bill, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and, if your company wishes to participate, payroll deduction.

If you choose to make payroll deduction available, you simply provide a payroll “slot” for the program. You’ll find that the billing system offers you great flexibility. You can choose how often to make deductions, when you want to receive the bill, how to set up the bill, and when to remit payment.
