A Guide for Interested Employers and Organizations

Bryant Asset Protection and Travelers offer a no-cost benefit for your valuable employees or members. It’s easy to offer them this benefit.

The Benefits Plus insurance program is designed for companies with 5 to 2,500 individuals. The program gives you the ability to offer employees/members the benefit of convenient access to attractively priced, high-quality insurance.

Employees/members can enroll in auto, home and other personal insurance through work, and take advantage of insurance premium discounts and payments through payroll deduction.

With this program, you can easily enhance your benefit offerings, at no cost to the company/organization. Everyone needs insurance. Your current and future employees/members will appreciate being able to get excellent, affordable coverage from a very highly rated carrier, quickly, easily, and at a discounted rate.

In addition, it’s easy for your company to offer the program to your employees/members. Bryant Asset Protection will manage all the details of the program including:

  • Providing a variety of communications to notify your employees/members about this new benefit
  • Preparing no-obligation quotations for insurance coverages for employees/members as requested
  • Providing your employees/members professional help with choosing the right insurance.

Bryant Asset Protection will also work with you to develop a comprehensive plan for communicating the program to employees. They can begin enjoying the convenience of buying insurance through work at any time, in many convenient ways: direct bill, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and, if your company wishes to participate, payroll deduction.

If you choose to make payroll deduction available, you simply provide a payroll “slot” for the program. You’ll find that the billing system offers you great flexibility. You can choose how often to make deductions, when you want to receive the bill, how to set up the bill, and when to remit payment.
